A key objective is to ensure his positive mental attitude and action orientation transfers to his coachees in such a way that they become quickly motivated, task-focused and directed towards achievable goals. Witnessing the beneficial outcomes arising from resulting individual transformations has long been a prime source of Terry’s job satisfaction.
